Meetings (WebEx)

Meetings (WebEx) is the leading enterprise solution for video conferencing, online meetings, page share, and webinars.

The following sections explain prerequisites, resources, and instructions for integrating with SaaS Management.

Stored Meetings (WebEx) Information​

The following table describes the available integration tasks and stored data within SaaS Management.

Application Access data is available after 1 day. Therefore, the data in the WebEx portal may not match the data in SaaS Management for Application Access.

Required Minimum Permissions for Meetings (WebEx)​

Site Administrator access is required. For more information, see the Last meeting attendee history section of the Webex XML API Reference Guide.

Meetings (WebEx) Authentication Method​

The Basic authentication method is required.

Required Meetings (WebEx) Credentials​

The following credentials are required:

  • Site Name

  • WebEx ID

  • Password.

Integrating Meetings (WebEx) With SaaS Management​

Complete the following steps to integrate Meetings (WebEx) with SaaS Management.

  1. Add the Meetings (WebEx) application in SaaS Management. For more information, see Adding an Application.
  2. In the Add Application page, select the Application Access and Application Roster integration tasks.
  3. Obtain the following Meetings (WebEx) account information:

    • Site Name is found in the Meetings (WebEx) Console URL. For example, if the Meetings (WebEx) consule URL is https://meetingsamer6.webex.com, then the Site Name is meetingsamer6

    • WebEx ID is the login ID of the user with Site Administrator permissions.

    • Password is the login password of the user with Site Administrator permissions.

  4. Copy and paste the Meetings (WebEx) account information from step 3 into SaaS Management.
  5. Click Authorize.
