Required Minimum Permissions for HubSpot CRM​

Super Administrator access is required to generate the API Key.

HubSpot CRM Authentication Method​

The Token Based authentication method is required.

Integrating HubSpot CRM With SaaS Management​

To integrate HubSpot CRM with SaaS Management, perform the following steps.

  1. Sign in to the Hubspot console with Super Administrator-level permissions.
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations > API Key to generate a new API key.
  3. Copy and paste the API Key into a file. You will later enter this API Key in SaaS Management.
  4. In SaaS Management, add the HubSpot CRM application. For more information, see Adding an Application.
  5. Copy and paste the HubSpot CRM API Key into SaaS Management:
  6. Click Authorize.
