Viewing or Editing the Assets

You can view, and edit if applicable, the properties of different types of assets: for example, computer hardware and furniture items, as well as routers, switches, and so on.

You can view the following:

  • Device assets without inventory

  • Changed device assets

  • All of device and non-device assets

  • The assets whose lease expired or is about to expire

  • The assets whose warranty expired or is about to expire.

To review the properties of an asset:

  1. Depending on the type of an asset you are looking for, navigate to the Hardware > Hardware Assets and click one of the following:

    • Device Assets

    • Device Assets without Inventory

    • Changed Device Assets

    • Non-Device Assets

    • All Assets

    • Or, navigate to Hardware > Hardware Expiry and click one of the following:

    • Asset Lease Expiry

    • Asset Warranty Expiry

  2. Select an asset, and click Open to review its properties.
