Deleting Rules Lists

To delete a rules list, you must have the Manage organization or Manage rule-based dimensions role. For complete descriptions of each role available in Flexera One, see Flexera One Roles.

You can delete a rules list on the Rule-Based Dimensions page.

To delete a rules list:

  1. Go to the Rule-Based Dimensions page (Administration > Cloud Settings > Rule-Based Dimensions).
  2. In the Dimensions list, click the expand icon next to the dimension that contains the rules list you want to delete.
  3. Click the rules list that you want to delete. The rules contained in the rules list are listed.
  4. Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of the Rule-Based Dimensions page, and then click Delete Rules List. The Delete Rules List dialog box appears, asking you to confirm if you want to delete the rules list.
  5. Click Delete. The rules list is deleted.
